Under the name OSTIV (Organisation Scientifique et Technique Internationale du Vol à Voile) ten soaring meteorologists have targeted collecting all the current knowledge in the field of soaring weather forecasts. The results are now published in a technical note by WMO (world meteorological organisation) in english language.
