Sailplanes registered in another member state

AMC1 SAO.GEN.110: "The operator of a sailplane which is not registered in the Member State, where the sailplane is predominantly based, should notify the competent authority of that Member State prior to the start of operation. ..." [Annex II Sailplane Air Operations (Part-SAO)]

Klingt kompliziert, ist aber recht einfach, in Österreich schickt man eine [Postkarte] an die ACG!
